2011 Tax Organizer

We Highly Recommend Using the Tax Organizer!

The Organizers will help you get an accurate tax return!  

Our Tax Organizer is designed to help you maximize your deductions and minimize your problems in preparing and filing your tax return. The organizer is revised annually to be compatible with the ever-changing tax laws.  The organizers currently posted below are primarily for the 2011 tax year, although they can be used for other years. 


The 2011 organizer is provided in three configurations to assist you in collecting relevant tax information needed to properly prepare your tax return.  Access any of the three versions by double clicking on the organizer that most fits your personal filing requirement.  The organizers can be downloaded to your computer where you can fill and save the information until you have completed collecting all of your information.  After you have completed it, please bring the organizer to our office along with your backup documents.  If you have an office appointment, you can print it out and bring it with you to the meeting. 

A word of caution:   You should save the organizer PDF file to your computer.  After doing so, you can open and close the organizer as you choose.  If you fill in your data without saving, the information will be lost and you will have to recomplete.

Once the completed organizer has been received, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone if we have any questions, comments, or suggestions.

Basic Organizer – This organizer is suitable for clients that are NOT itemizing their deductions and DO NOT have rental property or self-employment income & expenses.

Basic Organizer Plus  Rental & Business -  This organizer is suitable for clients that are NOT itemizing their deductions and DO have rental property or self-employment income & expenses.

Complete Organizer / Itemizer (Most frequently used)  This organizer is used by clients who DO itemize deductions.  Also has sections for rental properties and self-employment income & expenses (Schedule C).
